Returns and refunds

Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original condition.

Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must:

• Submit a refund request within 14 days of delivery
• Ship the merchandise back within that same 14-day period
• Provide a valid return tracking number
  

Refund Processing

• Once a tracking number is provided and the return is confirmed to be in transit, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee.
• If a return is received without a tracking number, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days after the item has been received and inspected, minus the original shipping fee.

Damaged Returns
If returned merchandise is received in damaged condition and is determined, upon inspection, not to have been damaged prior to delivery, a partial refund of up to 40% of the item’s purchase price will be issued, minus the original shipping fee.

Additional Notes
Covenless Clothing reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items before issuing a refund. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
